Travel & Stay

Travel Arrangements

Getting here by train could not be easier. Lewes station is just a quick five-minute stroll from the venue.

There is a bit of an incline on the way up, so if you are sporting ambitious heels or simply prefer not to do any uphill cardio before the party starts, we have arranged a shuttle service to ferry you straight from the station to the door.

Local Accommodation

Lewes is full of character, which also means accommodation is charming but limited. Rooms in town tend to go quickly, so if you are planning on making a night of it, locking somewhere down early is definitely wise.

We have rounded up a list of our favourite boutique coaching inns, reliable hotels, and nearby alternatives if you want to turn the weekend into a seaside trip.

Driving & Late-Night Taxis

A quick note for drivers and night owls: Lewes is full of medieval charm, which unfortunately means narrow streets, tight parking, and virtually no Ubers at midnight.

If you plan on driving or staying outside walking distance, you will want to know where to leave your car and make sure your taxi home is booked well in advance.
